Kelsey Advertising & Design is proud to announce the launch of a new website for the Troup County Certified Literate Community Program (CLCP), www.troupclcp.org. The website is dedicated to promoting the mission and good works of the Troup County CLCP organization.

Debbie Burdette, Executive Director of Troup County Certified Literate Community Program, discussed the features of the site and thanked the site developers saying, “With pages devoted to ongoing initiatives, fund raising events and volunteer opportunities, among others, the site is the source for information about Troup CLCP. We’re especially grateful to Kelsey Advertising & Design for their contribution of time, effort and creativity in the development of the site.”   “The Troup County community is very supportive of our efforts,’ said Burdette, ‘but I encourage everyone to visit Troup County CLCP to learn more about Troup County CLCP and how you can participate in the fight against illiteracy in Troup County.”

Troup County CLCP is a collaborative between local business, education, government and community. To accomplish the goal of a certified literate community, the CLCP encourages a love of reading as a foundation for lifelong learning and supports those programs with similar goals. CLCP promotes literacy awareness and programs to assist students in need of basic literacy education.
